Enough said-- this little boy LOVES balloons ( I love Harris Teeter thanks to the grocery cart with the little toddler sized car in front that Tal can drive and the free balloon they give him as we head out to our car!- this particual blue balloon last from wednesday until this morning- talk about tons of entertainment!!
