We celebrated Tallon's 1 yr Birthday last night, just a few weeks late since we were busy packing and moving on his birthday. All of our family came and Carrie (one of my roomates from college) and her son Reece drove in for the celebration. We had a blast!! Tallon especially enjoyed all the yummy food- hamburgers and CAKE!! Check out the cake I made (with some AWESOME help and tips from my mom- THANKS!) Isn't it cool- it tasted yummy too=) =) Tallon received LOTS of hugs, kisses and some really cool toys and books- THANKS EVERYONE!!!!I still can not believe he is 1! This past year has flown by. Tallon is basically running now so he keeps me busy chasing him and he is starting to try to say a few words! We read a really fun book this morning ( a gift from Reece) - "From Head to Toe" by Eric Carle - and Tallon was trying to help me imitate all sorts of animals as he giggled!!!!! Well, I am going to try to post a few more pictures of Tallon and the birthday celebration! ENJOY!
