Suggestions

I am looking to order Tallon a Bible storybook of some sort and would love any recommendations from others who have young toddlers also. Let me know of any your suggestions.

EXHAUSTED

We have had a fantastic day- spent most of the morning outside enjoying the beautiful WARM weather we are having today. Tallon loves to race up and down our culdesac and also is quite speedy on his trike. We enjoyed a nice lunch outside and then he played in the backyard for a while. Needless to say... he still did not want to go down for a nap... even at 1:30 PM. He fussed in his room and we fought the whole nap idea until about 5 minutes ago- when I finally just suggested he sit on couch and watch Sesame Street- Tallon quickly hopped up on couch and when I came back in the room- literally 3 minutes later- this is what I found.....
I think I will lay down now...

I guess now that he is FINALLY asleep- i will go try to get a few things done around the house!

Cannon Beach Fun

Collin, Aron and the kids had a place at the beach this past weekend. So when we woke up to a BEAUTIFUL sunny day with the temp predicted to be close to 70 degrees. We quickly loaded up the car, picked up Uncle Andrew and Aunt Erin and headed to the beach. The kids played on the beach for 2 hours! They had a blast- running around, chasing the birds, digging and playing with the sand toys! I really wanted a picture of the 3 cousins together- they are soo cute and for the most part- play really well together!

Uncle Reeves with the birthday boy-"Mighty Makgill"

My nephew turned 4 on January 22- FOUR YEARS OLD! I can not believe Makgill is THAT OLD already- time sure does fly. I remember where we were 4 yrs ago- in Dallas, TX- Reeves was in his first yr of grad school and I could not wait to travel back to SC to hold this sweet little baby boy! WOW- we are sooo proud of you Makgill and LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

he was soo hot and sweaty from all the running around and sliding!

This was the way to go to FunDayGo- I am usually EXHAUSTED from having to keep up with Tallon- this time- All the aunts, uncles and grandparents KEPT up with him=)

I am sooo glad Wendy and Ben and their 2 kids - Aiden and Elliot moved to Florence last yr- we are LOVING getting to know them!!! and I am thrilled Ben is going to be our pediatrician!!
Aunt Aron made all the kids "capes"- they turned out sooo cool- we tried to grab a picture of all the kids in their capes- unfortunately- Tallon did NOT want to wear his cape!!
