OPERATION BIG BOY BED
My dad made me a toddler bed years ago and my parents had it up in the attic so they pulled it out and Dad painted it yest- THANKS DAD!! We got it last night and tried it out- Tallon seemed pretty excited about it but was not too happy about sleeping in it! Well- we survived the night- it was long- but he stayed in his bed the WHOLE night! I was curious how he would handle nap time today. We read a few books and he really wanted me to lay down with him but I don't want to keep that habit up so I told him night and night and left- about 5 minutes later- this is what I found...

LOVE the bed and it is so neat that it was yours! I am inpressed that you have moved him out of his crib! The monkeys are still caged at this point. I am trying to convince myself it is worth the battle...we shall see. So glad to hear that you guys are on the mend and that mom and dad stayed well:) It is no fun when the little ones are sick...hope you are gaining some sanity back:) Can't wait to see pics of Tal in orange on Monday! We are already practicing our "go tigers". m
Look at that sweet sleepin' sugar baby!!! Oh- I LOVE THAT BOY!!! I am Sooo glad that he is better. Can't WAIT to kiss on him (not that he stood still long enough for that before he got sick...what makes me think he will let me cuddle now? Wishful thinking, I suppose...)
Wow! I am impressed. I have wondered when we could move Abby out, but seeing this gives me hope that it might be sooner than I thought! Way to go Tallon! I am also so glad to hear ya'll are germ free again!
actually the above comment was from me! (Lia!)
Tallon is getting so big. I can't believe he's almost 2. It seems like just yesterday I was visiting you in the hospital.
Yeah! I think it is pretty cool that you had the crib up beside his! Great idea! He is growing so quickly! Uh! Can't they slow down???
Go get em Tal! Big boy bed! Wow! I feel SO out of the loop. Glad to have caught up on the blog. Love you girl! (38 week checkup tomorrow!)
