Spoon into 13x9 pan and add topping. Bake @ 350 covered for 1 hr 10 min. Drain. Add water and taco seasoning. Stir in black beans and tomatoes. Simmer 10 min uncovered.<BR/>Place two toritillas in a greased pan. Spread with 1/2 of refried beans 1/2 beef mixture. sprinkle with 1 c cheese. Repeat layers. Top with 2 more tortillas and cheese. It's really east even though there are several items... ;-) <BR/><BR/>You can always so a baked spaghetti...
